Our practice works hard to ensure your care is at the centre of all that we do and maintains a strict privacy and confidentiality policy in accordance with our professional code of ethics.
Our rooms are designed to create a safe, caring and nurturing environment, where you can feel heard and supported. We work with you to develop a treatment plan that focuses on your goals and that has a pace you feel comfortable with.
Michael has a therapy dog, Durban, who sits quietly under his desk in the corner of the room. Durban is a black Labrador and a former seeing eye dog trainee. He will engage with a client only if requested to do so. Please let Michael know if the presence of the dog could cause discomfort and Durban can be moved to another part of the building.
